ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of computer products and related services between EU INFORMATIQUE and any individual or legal entity (the Buyer). Confirming an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
ARTICLE 3: PRICE AND PAYMENT

Price: Prices are shown in Euros including VAT, excluding delivery charges. EU INFORMATIQUE reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Payment: Payment is made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the Shopify platform. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer.
ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay exceeding 30 days, the Buyer may request cancellation of the sale and a full refund.
ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Legal)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days after receiving your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return: Products must be returned at your expense in their original condition (packaging, accessories, manual) to the head office address.

Refund: EU INFORMATIQUE will refund the full amount paid within 14 days following receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 6: WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All products benefit from:

The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code).

The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@euinformatique.fr.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
EU INFORMATIQUE cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product or hardware incompatibility not specified by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 8: DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Personal information collected is necessary for managing your order. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.
ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES AND MEDIATION

Mediation: In case of dispute, you may use a certified consumer mediator free of charge.

Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are subject to French Law.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company’s head office (Alès/Nîmes).
