Refund & Cancellation

Indeed, under Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, EU INFORMATIQUE commits, unless expressly and specifically stated in its commercial documents, to deliver the software no later than 48 business hours after the order. The software is available for immediate download.

In accordance with Article L. 121-84-3 of the Consumer Code, the customer can track the execution of their order via the email provided at checkout on our site or on our platform by entering their order number and then clicking on "View." Orders for virtual or dematerialized products (such as downloadable software) cannot be canceled or refunded, in accordance with Article L121-28 of the Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal.

The same applies if a service contract is subscribed to, where execution begins immediately upon activation of the software, which is done simultaneously and automatically with its installation. The same also applies if the full software is downloaded via the Internet.
