ARTICLE 3: Access to the site

The site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions and which may result from a need for maintenance.
The site cannot be held responsible in the event of modification, interruption or suspension of services.

ARTICLE 8: Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Alès.
